LEADING TO FREEDOM
Welcome to Leading To Freedom, my blog, and a space for women in leadership to put down the load for a moment, be real about the day-to-day challenges at work and beyond, and find the freedom to release the struggle and enjoy life and leading.
In here, you’ll find stories from my experience as an HR leader and coach, working with women I think you’ll be able to relate to. I know I can. I’ll also share with you my own experiences on my path to lead with love, humor, and wisdom. It is a journey still very much underway.
So let’s embrace that perfect imperfection that makes each of us unique and amazing. Let’s see what there is to learn when we relax, step out of the stress, and make some simple shifts that lead to true freedom. Let’s see how to love this changing world and the journey we are on.
